BRIGHT SPACIOUS APARTMENT IN PICTURESQUE LOCATION CLOSE TO THE HARBOUR This bright and spacious apartment occupies the ground-floor of the traditional house dating back to the 19th century has been beautifully modernised whilst retaining some lovely original features. Located on the main street of Gardenstown a few minutes walk from the picturesque fishing harbour enjoy the spectacular views headland and bays that have been the setting for a number of television programmes and a haven for artists. Sandy beaches and rocky coves make it an ideal location for all ages. Dolphins and seals are regular visitors along with a wealth of sea birds. The occasional whale has been spotted close to shore. Enjoy local activities of golf fishing riding sailing canoeing surfing walking and cycling. Meander along the coast to the seaside village of Crovie or explore the myriad of pretty fishing villages along this Moray coast by local bus. Visit the numerous castles and distilleries on the renowned Whisky and Castle Trails MacDuff aquarium championship golf courses and town of Banff all within easy reach. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 which can be double or twin on request 1 twin bedroom suitable for children or small adult. Shower room: with large shower cubicle WC. Lounge/diner: cosy and comfortable lounge with multi-fuel fire (first supply of fuel included) Freeview TV DVD Wi-Fi iPod/iPhone dock and hi-fi. Dining area: good sized with modern dining table and chairs. Kitchen: a beautifully presented open-plan living area separating kitchen by low dividing wall electric oven and hob fridge with ice box dishwasher washing machine and microwave. Outside: hillside garden small patio with outdoor table and chairs. Amenities: on street parking immediately outside property bed linen electric heating and Wi-Fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking. Additional info: a welcome food hamper is provided containing a selection of fresh produce. Short breaks welcome. Location: pub/restaurant 200 yards and shop 0.5 miles. Arrival: 3pm.
